Questionnaire answers, diagnoses, medicines and free-text notes are not sent to our servers or Google Analytics. They disappear when you reload or leave the questionnaire. Your language preference and analytics choice are stored in your browser.
Optional analytics loads only after you accept. It records page categories, language, catalog actions and retailer clicks, not raw search terms or health answers. Google processes consenting usage data. User and event retention is set to two months, without resetting the period for new activity. Aggregate reports may be retained separately by Google. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can withdraw consent using Analytics choices; existing Google cookies are removed where accessible.
Correction submissions are stored privately on Cloudflare for up to 90 days. Do not include medical records, passwords or other sensitive information. Save your receipt and deletion token to request deletion. Security logs may include request metadata; temporary abuse controls retain hashed network identifiers for at most two days.
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security and Google Analytics only with your permission. Browser privacy tools may block measurement without affecting the site. Contact us through the corrections form for a privacy request.
